Miro App for Splunk

Splunk Cloud
Overview
Details
The Miro App for Splunk provides comprehensive data collection from Audit Logs of your Enterprise Miro Account. The data collection begins from the moment the app is configured. The app also includes two default dashboards, one for User Activity and another for Security Activity.
To know more about Audit Logs events you can go to the reference at https://developers.miro.com/reference#log-object

Getting Started

Before configuring the Miro App make sure you are logged in as Company Admin with an Enterprise Plan account. Then follow the instructions on our documentation page to generate an OAuth token with auditlogs:read permission.

  • Go to Miro App Configuration tab (/app/miro-app-for-splunk/configuration).
  • On Miro Account sub-tab click on Add button and fill the form giving a name to the account and the token generated on Miro.
  • Now on Inputs tab (/app/miro-app-for-splunk/inputs) click on Create New Input and fill the form selecting the Miro Account previously.

Troubleshooting

  • You can follow the logs of Miro App on Reports tab inside Search & Reports app by opening the Miro App for Splunk Logs. If you have problems with authorization, make sure you enabled auditlogs:read permission and followed the documentation to get a valid OAuth token.
  • You can change the log level to include DEBUG logs in the Configuration Tab.
