The Splunk for AVAYA CALL app provides field extractions for SMDR IP OFFICE.

The AVAYA IP OFFICE control unit can send SMDR / CDR (Station Message Detail Reporting – Call Detail Record) records to a specified IP address and port.
Phone settings for local and international call prefixes, call charges, special numbers, and emergency call numbers are specific to each country. That’s why the application is set up for two countries: the USA and France.

If you want to use an Index, you can set it in Splunk Settings / Indexes / New Index as below.
It is necessary to define source in Splunk Settings / Data inputs / TCP as below.
Choose TCP port source, tcp-raw as Source Type and your Index Name.
In your Splunk software choose the Avaya Call application.
After, you can edit the sourcelog macro in Advanced search / Search macros and put your specifics inputs as below.
Replace ““ by index=ipo
