If you downloaded the Web Framework Toolkit from Splunk Apps, you can install the toolkit
within Splunk Web.

Important Note: As of Splunk Enterprise 6.3, the Django Bindings framework is deprecated. Any dashboards built using this framework will continue to work and be supported, however we recommend that users begin the migration process to any of the active dashboard frameworks (Simple XML, Simple XML with JS/CSS Extensions, or HTML with SplunkJS).
