The app includes a setup page that allows you to use configure the app using a graphical user interface. See configuring the RADIUS authentication app for details.
The most common cause for the app not working is due to the RADIUS server configuration being incorrect or the RADIUS auth not being given the correct information. See troubleshooting for information to help you determine what is wrong.
